We change nothing in the Exercises. The preparatory prayer, the composition of place, the grace to ask, the points, and the colloquy remain as Ignatius set them down at Manresa. Camino only carries them.
About Camino
Camino exists for one purpose: that the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius of Loyola may be given, faithfully and unhurried, to people who cannot easily leave their lives behind.
Always a human director
No one makes the Exercises alone here. Every retreatant is accompanied by a trained spiritual director whose formation has been reviewed before they may accompany anyone.
By invitation
Camino is an invitation-only network. Retreats begin when a director invites a directee, so the relationship always precedes the platform.
Given freely
Directors receive no part of the technology fee. The Exercises are given freely; the fee covers only the platform and the private video meetings it provides.
